Role Summary

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for handling warehouse activities such as receiving goods, storing materials, and preparing shipments. The job requires accurate inventory recording and close coordination with supply chain and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials

• Pick and pack materials for production orders

• Prepare outbound shipments and dispatch goods

Inventory Management

• Record Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, and Transfer Orders in SAP WMS

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation

Safety & Coordination

• Follow SHE, ISO, HSE, and company safety standards

• Report damages, hazards, and discrepancies immediately

• Work closely with production, quality, and supply chain departments

• 4–6 years warehouse or distribution center experience
