Main Objective of the Role
The primary goal of this position is to:

Optimize aircraft cargo space utilization

Coordinate with Ground Handling Agents (GHA)

Minimize discrepancy claims

Ensure proper storage of various cargo types
The role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cargo Operations Coordinator, you will:

Monitor flights, especially low-capacity flights with high cargo demand
-
Ensure maximum cargo uplift per flight
-
Maintain strong communication across departments
-
Support cargo handling in warehouses, ramp, and aircraft operations
-
Handle build-up, breakdown, and delivery tasks
-
Manage special cargo including:
-
Dangerous Goods
-
Valuables
-
Perishables
-
Courier shipments
-
Live Animals
-
Diplomatic Mail
-
-
Supervise GHA activities during shifts
-
Monitor warehouse floor activities
-
Assist with tracing and repacking cargo
-
Handle Quick Ramp Transfer cargo efficiently
-
Update cargo inventory and ULD accessories
-
Ensure shipments are transferred and delivered on time
All duties must be performed according to company Standard Operating Procedures, safety standards, and airline-specific requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:

High School Diploma
-
2 – 4 years of relevant cargo or aviation experience

Fluent in English
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

UAE Driving License
-
Dangerous Goods Regulations certification (CBTA 7.3A preferred)
Experience in warehouse, ramp, or airline cargo operations will be highly beneficial.
