Key Responsibilities

Main duties include:

Verifying customer documentation such as IDs, application forms, visas, tenancy contracts, and authorization letters

Creating or modifying customer accounts based on verified data

Conducting verification calls to customers before completing activation requests

Updating trackers, CRM systems, and service records accurately

Coordinating with IT, CRM, GIS, and customer service teams to resolve technical issues

Raising technical tickets and following up to ensure timely completion

Communicating service completion details to relevant teams through email
Qualifications and Experience

Education

Experience
