Role Summary
The Assistant Storekeeper supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, checking, labeling, and moving materials across stores, paint shops, and assembly areas. The role requires strict adherence to safety and 5S+S workplace organization standards.
You will play a key role in ensuring materials are handled efficiently, accurately documented, and stored properly to maintain operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area at all times

Follow 5S+S standards within stores and receiving areas
-
Receive materials from trucks using a forklift
-
Unbox consignments and perform visual checks for quantity and damage
-
Label materials accurately for tracking and traceability

Submit receiving documents to the Storekeeper for system entry

Scan and file documents daily
-
Move materials to designated storage, paint shop, or assembly areas
-
Assist in retrieving materials from bins
-
Support kit movement between departments
-
Maintain accurate receipt records for KPI tracking
This role requires attention to detail and strong coordination with senior storekeepers and team members.
