Key Responsibilities

Assist and report to the Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily operations

Perform dispatch duties, including sending equipment and parts to vendors, service centers, and manufacturers

Verify repair equipment and parts before collection and dispatch

Plan and schedule deliveries based on project needs or management instructions

Assist with receiving and sending equipment to project sites, including loading and unloading trucks

Pack and unpack equipment and prepare delivery orders, packing lists, and related paperwork

Receive goods and complete documentation in line with company procedures

Check returned equipment from projects against packing lists

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, housekeeping, and safety standards

Support stock tagging, barcoding, and inventory data entry

Ensure smooth collection and delivery of goods across UAE locations using a company vehicle

Carry out additional ad hoc duties as required
Requirements and Skills

High School Certificate or Diploma in Logistics or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems

Ability to manually handle loads of up to 20 kg
