Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing department by handling essential administrative and coordination tasks throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Administrative Support
The Sales Coordinator performs a variety of office and coordination duties, including:

Preparing sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders

Filing, typing, copying, emailing, and managing sales correspondence

Gathering and assembling brochures and promotional materials

Entering, reconciling, and verifying sales data such as leads, commissions, and third-party information

Maintaining accurate records using sales and CRM software
Client Communication & Guest Interaction
