Career Opportunity: Assistant Store Manager / Store Supervisor

APM Monaco Yas Mall is currently hiring for a dynamic, customer-centric Assistant Store Manager / Store Supervisor. This leadership position plays a central role in maintaining high service standards, driving sales performance, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with personalized styling advice tailored to each client.

• Support the store in reaching and exceeding monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective CRM management.

• Assist the Store-in-Charge in all operational tasks, including staff scheduling, reporting, stock handling, and daily planning.

• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with APM Monaco’s international guidelines.

• Analyze sales KPIs and collaborate with management to implement improvement plans.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail team to foster a positive and performance-driven environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail.

• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Proven track record of sales achievement and CRM management.

• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required, while Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

• A warm, approachable personality with a strong customer-first attitude.

• Passion for jewelry, fashion, and the APM Monaco brand identity.

• Applicants with slightly less experience may be considered for the Store Supervisor role.
