Position Overview: Bell Attendant
The Bell Attendant plays a key role as the first point of contact for guests arriving at the resort. Key Responsibilities
As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for:

Delivering guest luggage and personal items promptly and safely upon arrival and departure

Handling guest messages, packages, and any additional items requiring delivery within the property

Welcoming guests warmly, offering assistance, and ensuring a smooth check-in experience

Providing personalized room orientation, ensuring guests understand amenities and features

Maintaining an active and friendly presence in the lobby as a brand ambassador

Candidate Qualifications
