Position Overview: Bell Attendant

The Bell Attendant plays a key role as the first point of contact for guests arriving at the resort. With a friendly demeanor and a passion for service, you ensure that every guest feels welcome, cared for, and supported throughout their stay. Your role goes far beyond handling luggage—you represent the brand with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality.


Key Responsibilities

As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering guest luggage and personal items promptly and safely upon arrival and departure

  • Handling guest messages, packages, and any additional items requiring delivery within the property

  • Welcoming guests warmly, offering assistance, and ensuring a smooth check-in experience

  • Providing personalized room orientation, ensuring guests understand amenities and features

  • Maintaining an active and friendly presence in the lobby as a brand ambassador

  • Offering directions, assistance, and information to enhance the overall guest experience

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bell Attendant or in a similar Front Office role
