About the Role – Housekeeping Trainee
The Housekeeping Trainee role offers a hands-on learning experience in one of Dubai’s premier hotels. The trainee will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and high service standards across guest rooms and public areas. This position provides valuable training and exposure to the core operations of luxury hotel management, preparing individuals for a long-term career in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, adhering to Jumeirah’s professional service standards.

Ensure all assigned rooms, corridors, stairways, and service pantries are clean, organized, and safe.

Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.

Handle cleaning equipment responsibly and ensure it remains in proper working condition.

Adhere to fire safety, hygiene, and health protocols at all times.

Assist in stocking and organizing supplies to ensure guest needs are met promptly.

Deliver courteous and professional service to both internal and external guests.
