Job Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting, selling, and expanding dnata’s services for B2B corporate accounts such as travel agencies, MICE organizers, hotels, and event planners. The position involves implementing strategic sales initiatives, negotiating contracts, and nurturing client relationships to maintain dnata’s reputation as a trusted industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
Plan:

Execute the agreed sales and marketing strategy to achieve both individual and team goals.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through continuous market research and customer engagement.

Prepare and deliver presentations, performance reviews, and account meetings with key clients.

Collaborate with customer relations teams to address client feedback and enhance satisfaction.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and innovative solutions for expanding dnata’s product offerings.
Lead:

Build strong client relationships and promote the full range of dnata’s services to achieve sales targets.

Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, ensuring legal and financial compliance.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operational implementation.

Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to company strategy and local regulations.

Support financial processes by resolving payment issues and monitoring client exposure.
Execute:

Expand market reach by engaging with diverse business segments including travel agencies, corporations, government entities, and trade communities.

Maintain and update customer data through Salesforce CRM for accurate tracking and reporting.

Analyze sales performance and develop corrective action plans to achieve business targets.

Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for the Senior Sales Executive role, candidates must possess:

A Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in airport operations or travel industry, with at least 3 years in sales and account management.

Strong financial management and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).

A valid UAE driving license.
