Role Overview – Learning Associate
As a Learning Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training across all process paths within the Fulfillment Center. The role focuses on improving learning effectiveness, refining training techniques, and supporting production goals across departments. You will work closely with instructors, peer trainers, operations teams, and agency partners to ensure new hires are fully prepared to perform at their best.
This role also involves analyzing training data, identifying skill gaps, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workforce performance.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery and Coordination

Deliver instructor-led training, observation, and coaching in line with AMET standards

Act as a supervisor for instructors and peer trainers supporting new hires

Ensure all training records are accurately maintained and up to date in training systems

Ensure training materials meet AMET standards and provide a positive learning experience
Performance Monitoring and Improvement

Use daily data analysis to improve the new hire learning experience

Provide structured feedback to instructors and peer trainers on delivery quality and group performance

Ensure all required tests and audits are completed, tracked, and documented

Gather feedback and analyze data to continuously improve training processes
Operational Support

Organize instructor assignments and monitor cross-training to support peak operational demands

Work with operations teams to maintain skill matrices and identify training gaps for critical roles

Support delivery of critical role training during peak and non-peak periods
Collaboration and Projects

Support recruitment of instructors and peer trainers

Attend meetings and provide required reports and training insights

Partner with agency managers to improve new hire performance

Contribute feedback and improvements to AMET-level projects
Prerequisites and Qualifications
Basic Requirements
