About the Role: Audi Sales Consultant
As an Audi Sales Consultant, you will play a central role in strengthening the brand’s presence and contributing to the showroom’s commercial success. Your mission is to drive sales of Audi vehicles, achieve agreed-upon targets, and ensure every customer enjoys a premium experience aligned with Audi’s global brand values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development

Proactively sell Audi vehicles and add-on products while consistently meeting sales and profitability targets.

Maintain the showroom environment according to Audi’s high standards, ensuring proper vehicle display, availability of brochures, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Regularly prospect for new customers using various market sources to generate fresh leads.

Follow the official Audi sales process with precision to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

Stay updated on the full Audi product range, accessories, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Participate actively in planning and executing showroom promotions and sales campaigns.
2. Operational Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle, including preparation and handover of sold vehicles, ensuring customers receive a complete orientation on car features and controls.

Introduce new customers to the After-Sales team to ensure they understand service procedures and available facilities.

Implement improvements based on customer feedback, focusing on enhancing the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

Maintain ongoing communication with both new and previous customers to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.

Ensure precise documentation of all customer information, sales activities, and relevant paperwork.
3. Personal Development

Continuously update your product knowledge to stay aligned with new Audi launches and automotive innovations.
