Role Expectations

Cooks & Senior Cooks

Cooks are responsible for preparing meals according to restaurant recipes and standards. Senior Cooks will additionally support kitchen leadership by supervising junior staff and ensuring kitchen efficiency. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety and quality procedures.

Kitchen Steward

The Kitchen Steward plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. Responsibilities include dishwashing, cleaning kitchen surfaces, organizing utensils, and supporting cooks during service hours.

Shift Leader – FOH

This role involves leading the Front of House team during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing guest interactions. Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage customer concerns professionally.

Restaurant Manager (Arabic Speaking)
