As a Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with the physical handling of merchandise within the store and warehouse. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities

Merchandise Handling: Efficiently handle merchandise during loading, unloading, and transferring within the stockroom, receiving area, holding room, and display sections.

Inventory Support: Assist the inventory executive in receiving merchandise to expedite the receiving process and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Product Labeling: Perform tagging, shrink wrapping, and barcoding of products as per company guidelines.

Gate Pass Management: Prepare gate passes when required for merchandise transactions or stock movements.

Process Adherence: Follow company checklists and operational processes, including store opening/closing, staff discount policies, and safety procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements

Education: Minimum Secondary School qualification.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Inventory or Warehouse Management preferred.

Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel is desirable.
