Position: Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a central role in managing daily warehouse activities. The position requires a proactive individual with strong experience in warehouse handling, staff supervision, and inventory management. The supervisor ensures that all warehouse tasks—from inbound deliveries to outbound dispatch—are executed smoothly, accurately, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Supervising and motivating warehouse staff to maintain high productivity levels and comply with safety standards.

• Maintaining accurate inventory levels through routine stock checks, cycle counts, and system updates.

• Using Microsoft Excel for preparing reports, tracking stock movements, and analyzing warehouse performance.

• Managing workflows using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Coordinating with logistics and procurement teams to streamline inbound and outbound operations, avoiding delays and ensuring accuracy.

• Implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce errors.

The role requires effective communication, leadership, and time management skills to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for the Warehouse Supervisor position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.

• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential.
