Job Description
The Document Controller will play a key role in ensuring proper management of project documentation and supporting the engineering and operations teams. The position requires handling both technical and administrative records to maintain compliance and efficiency throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and control the flow of project documentation between teams and clients.

Maintain and update all project records, drawings, and related documents in both soft and hard copies.

Ensure that all documents meet company and client standards before submission.

Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage filing systems for easy access.

Track and report the status of submitted and received documents.

Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers to ensure timely document submission.

Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements

Experience: 5–6 years of relevant experience in MEP or construction companies within the UAE.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
