Job Overview

Central Tents is looking for a qualified Admin & Document Controller with strong administrative and document control experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to site coordination, documentation, invoicing, and ERP systems, and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office correspondence and official emails

  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate databases

  • Create, process, and track invoices

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks

  • Manage document control systems and site documentation

  • Coordinate with site teams and internal departments

  • Prepare PR, QCS, PO, and invoice documents

  • Track project expenses and maintain records

  • Arrange documents for training, medical, CICPA, and OPTIMA

  • Support accounts department activities

  • Maintain accurate stock records using ERP, SAP, Tally, or other inventory systems

  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical vs system stock

  • Monitor inventory levels and raise purchase requests when required

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
