Qualifications and Skills Required

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills while maintaining technical knowledge of maintenance and spare parts. The required qualifications include:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business or a related field is an advantage.

  • Training: Courses in inventory management, space management, and CMMS or CAFM systems.

  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant supply chain experience, with preference for candidates with over 10 years.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of health and safety requirements related to maintenance activities.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication in English (Arabic is an advantage).

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.

    • Budget management experience.

    • Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

  • Other Requirements: UAE driving license.


Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with 10+ years of experience in supply chain management will be given preference. Previous experience in a facilities or maintenance-related setting will also add value to the application.
