The Role: Storekeeper – Lexus Al Ain
Al-Futtaim Automotive is now hiring a Storekeeper to join its Lexus operations in Al Ain. This role is critical in ensuring smooth workshop store management while supporting the operational needs of the service team. The position requires an organized, detail-oriented professional capable of handling both technical and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Procurement and Inventory Control: Ordering workshop consumables, tools, equipment, and manuals based on management requirements.

Material Handling: Receiving and inspecting materials to confirm both quality and quantity.

Issuance and Returns: Ensuring accurate records for all issued materials and timely follow-up on returns.

Administrative Support: Assisting the Workshop Manager in attendance tracking, documentation, and periodic inventory audits.

Safety and Waste Management: Maintaining safety standards in the storage area and managing disposal of waste stock.
This role involves daily interaction with workshop supervisors, controllers, foremen, and technicians, making teamwork and communication key to success.
Candidate Profile
To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of stock management experience, preferably in an automotive workshop.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.

Valid UAE driving license.

A trade-related certificate or diploma in automotive studies, along with 2–3 years of relevant workshop storekeeping experience.
Beyond technical abilities, candidates must demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced workshop environment.
