Sales Associate
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (fashion brand experience preferred)

Local retail experience preferred

Basic MS Office skills

Responsibilities:

Achieve personal, store, and KPI targets

Control stock losses and minimize controllable expenses

Monitor daily sales performance and KPIs

Plan and assign daily tasks to store staff to achieve targets

Implement effective stock management and loss prevention measures

Oversee financial procedures, including deposits, daily banking, and cash handovers

Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to maintain engagement and knowledge

Deliver training on customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, KPIs, and policies

Identify and develop team members for succession into managerial roles
