Key Responsibilities

The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the school’s IT systems and infrastructure. Key duties include:

• Providing daily IT support for staff, students, and teachers.

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software across Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms.

• Managing Apple devices using Jamf or similar MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools.

• Maintaining and supporting smartboards, printers, projectors, and classroom technologies.

• Providing support for ERP, LMS, and school email systems.

• Monitoring and resolving LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.

• Maintaining IT inventory, documentation, data backup, and ensuring security protocols are followed.

• Assisting during examinations, online assessments, and school events where IT support is critical.

• Coordinating with the central IT team for updates, upgrades, and vendor support.

Candidate Requirements

To qualify for the role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least two years of IT support experience, with prior school IT experience being mandatory.

• Proficiency in Apple device management (Jamf preferred), Windows operating systems, Office 365, Google Workspace, and network troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

• A proactive and service-oriented attitude, capable of working in a fast-paced educational environment.
