Job Purpose
The Customer Sales & Service Agent will be responsible for delivering the highest level of service to Emirates customers. The role involves assisting customers in managing their travel plans, issuing tickets, and promoting Emirates’ products and services. As part of the team, you will work toward achieving both individual and organizational commercial objectives while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at every interaction.
Job Responsibilities
The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring that customers enjoy a seamless booking and travel experience:

Customer Service Excellence: Provide accurate information about Emirates fares, services, and travel requirements while maintaining a professional approach.

Ticketing Support: Issue tickets in compliance with airline rules and regulations to meet customer requests efficiently.

Travel Guidance: Highlight essential travel requirements, such as passport, visa, and health regulations, along with check-in details and travel updates.

Sales Promotion: Actively promote Emirates products and services including Skywards membership, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings, and fare upgrades.

Revenue Enhancement: Maximize revenue by identifying sales opportunities and offering value-added services to customers.

Team Contribution: Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service quality levels and contribute to station and network targets.

Professional Growth: Stay updated with Emirates Group news and industry trends to maintain professional service standards.
Job Location
This exciting opportunity is based at the Emirates Contact Centre in Malad, Mumbai, India.
Qualifications & Skills Required
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Grade (HSC) or Graduate equivalent. A Diploma/Degree in Travel and Tourism is an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 1–2 years in a contact centre, reservations office, or airline/travel industry role.

Prior experience in web chat or social media support is preferable.

Technical Skills:

Standard fares and ticketing knowledge.

Proficiency in PC-based tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.

Soft Skills:

Strong interpersonal and telephone communication skills.

Ability to manage customer queries efficiently in a busy sales environment.

Capability to work flexible shift patterns.
