Job Purpose
As a Resv/Sales Agent, you will be the face of dnata Travel, responsible for converting inquiries into ticketed sales. You will offer expert travel advice, book flights, and upsell relevant travel products while ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver top-notch service to retail, government, and corporate clients using available tools.

Address all queries and complaints quickly and professionally.

Promote and sell dnata products, services, and loyalty programs.

Offer expert information on travel destinations and related services.

Make travel reservations, issue airline tickets, and follow all airline regulations.

Recommend alternate travel options when needed to enhance booking success.

Advise clients on travel requirements like visa, passport, health, and insurance.
-
Maintain strong client relationships and keep them updated on new offerings.

Comply with standards set by DSES, AlBatross, and internal audits.

Stay updated on changes in fare rules, airline schedules, and procedures.

Ensure all revenue documents are accurately reported in the system.

Handle pre-flight checks and send VIP/CIP/UNMR/MEDA messages as required.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following:

Completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Reservations, or Ticketing.
-
Strong geographical and arithmetic skills.
-
Excellent interpersonal and telephone etiquette.
-
Professional English communication skills (verbal and written).
-
Knowledge of dnata Front Office System and Airline Reservation Systems.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
-
Spoken Arabic or any other language is a plus.
