About the Role
This position combines two important responsibilities: Key Account Management and Flight Dispatch. The successful candidate will act as a primary contact for assigned customers while coordinating aircraft operations and ground handling activities. The employee will report to the Director of Ground Operations for key account responsibilities and the Director of Flight Operations for flight dispatch matters.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Management:

Act as the main contact between customers and relevant company departments.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone and email.
Flight Dispatch:

Manage customer requests during early and late shifts and weekends.

Coordinate aircraft handling activities through the German Operations Control Center.

Dispatch managed aircraft according to UAE GCAA CAR-OPS requirements.

Monitor flight progress and coordinate ground operations resources.
Prepare and distribute crew briefing packages.
Coordinate support requirements for aircraft and crew members.
Communicate aircraft schedule changes to relevant departments.

Consider Minimum Equipment List requirements when preparing briefing packages.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
High school certificate.
Valid, unrestricted UAE driving license.
Previous aviation experience in a similar role is essential.
