Key Responsibilities
Invoicing
Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices on time.
Verify supporting documents before generating invoices.

Coordinate with operations and sales teams for billing information.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and customer queries promptly.
Accounts Receivable & Collections
Monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances.
Follow up on overdue payments through phone and email.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment disputes.
Prepare aging reports and provide collection status updates.

Maintain accurate records of collection activities and communications.
Accounting Support
Record and reconcile customer receipts.
Assist with bank and account reconciliations.
Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
Assist with audit and compliance requirements.
Administration & Reporting
Generate accounts receivable and collection reports.
Maintain and update customer master data.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Provide general accounting and administrative support to the finance team.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in accounting, invoicing, and collections.
Good understanding of accounts receivable processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.

UAE experience will be an added advantage.
