Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Managing daily showroom operations and achieving sales targets.
Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team.

Supervising the complete sales process from customer inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer satisfaction scores.

Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.

Supporting promotional campaigns, marketing events, and showroom initiatives.

Conducting performance reviews and employee development programs.

Managing vehicle trade-ins, stock assessments, and appraisal activities.

Collaborating with management to improve showroom performance and profitability.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of automotive retail experience.
At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
Experience with volume automotive brands is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive market, especially Fujairah.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to lead and inspire high-performing sales teams.

Proficiency in CRM systems, lead management tools, and Microsoft Office.
