About the Role

As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for visitors at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. Your role is to ensure smooth entry, provide accurate information, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will also support ticket sales, manage guest queries, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

This role requires a friendly personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.


Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement & Information

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally
  • Provide detailed information about attractions, shows, and services
  • Understand guest needs and resolve concerns efficiently

Sales & Transactions

  • Sell tickets and products using POS systems
  • Handle cash, credit cards, vouchers, and foreign currencies
  • Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction accuracy
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services

Operational Management

  • Manage queues and ensure smooth entry/exit operations
  • Oversee guest service areas like lost & found
  • Conduct guest surveys using tablets

Safety & Emergency Response

  • Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Participate in evacuation drills when required
  • Ensure guest safety at all times

Skills & Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or related experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
