Key Responsibilities
As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Core Duties Include:
- Prepare stock and suggestion orders regularly using internal systems
- Follow up with suppliers and forwarders to ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Track dispatch schedules and coordinate with suppliers
- Manage inventory of tools, consumables, and oil stock
- Ensure safe receiving and dispatching of goods
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Maintain records of damaged tools and equipment
- Prepare reports on inventory usage and discrepancies
- Handle claims for damaged or incorrect shipments

Qualifications & Requirements
