Role Overview

The Warehouse Admin Clerk is responsible for handling warehouse system transactions and administrative processes. This includes managing orders in SAP systems, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with suppliers and stores, and preparing operational reports.

The role ensures that warehouse operations remain organized, efficient, and compliant with company policies.


Key Responsibilities

The role includes a combination of system management, operational coordination, and reporting duties.

Order & System Management

  • Manage warehouse system transactions using SAP ECC and EWM

  • Release orders and handle warehouse tasks and wave management

  • Maintain accurate system records and resolve system issues

  • Support finance operations by clearing MIRO and document-related issues

Supplier & Inventory Coordination

  • Raise supplier claims for damaged or missing items

  • Manage Return-to-Supplier (RTS) requests

  • Monitor near-expiry and short-expiry inventory

  • Investigate store discrepancies and resolve stock issues

  • Initiate product recall procedures when compliance issues arise

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with warehouse supervisors for operational updates

  • Provide documentation and system support to warehouse teams

  • Maintain effective communication across departments

IT & Equipment Support

  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for warehouse equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers

  • Coordinate with the IT department to resolve technical issues

  • Write-off Report – Weekly

  • Physical Inventory Reports – Weekly

These reports help management monitor operational performance and inventory status.


Documentation & Record Management

The role also requires maintaining accurate records of warehouse transactions and documents.

  • Maintaining organized documentation of warehouse operations
