Job Overview
The Operations Executive will manage end-to-end daily operations for one large site or a group of smaller sites. The role focuses on performance management, process improvement, safety compliance, and achieving customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost efficiency.
You will also act as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required and lead teams to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Performance Management

Manage daily end-to-end store and last-mile operations

Ensure customer delivery metrics are consistently achieved

Maintain cost targets while improving operational efficiency

Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits for process standardization

Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance
Team Leadership & Development

Motivate, coach, and provide performance feedback to associates

Prepare and implement training and development plans

Track attendance and ensure policy compliance
-
Build a high-morale and high-performance team culture
Process Improvement & Reporting

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Analyze operational data using Excel

Support multiple projects with effective planning and prioritization

Troubleshoot operational challenges and document solutions
Basic Qualifications

Experience in a customer-facing environment, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing processes and people (1–3 years in a lead role)

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar methodologies
