Role Summary

The Administration Officer will provide organizational and administrative support to the VP Doha Hub – Ground Services and the wider team. The role focuses on communication handling, coordination, documentation, and project follow-ups while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

The employee will act as a central coordination point between departments and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal and external communications and handle office correspondence

  • Act as first point of contact for department queries

  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and official communications

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations

  • Maintain records, files, spreadsheets, and databases

  • Support manpower movement requests and administrative approvals

  • Arrange travel bookings, duty travel, and hotel accommodation

  • Assist with departmental projects and follow-ups

  • Record meeting minutes and monitor deadlines

  • Liaise with other departments and external agencies


Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following education and experience combinations:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 3 years experience, OR

  • Diploma/High School qualification with minimum 4 years experience
