Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication

Maintain clear and professional communication with MENA retail stores

Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, and Logistics teams

Ensure smooth daily store operations
Operations & Cost Control

Monitor store facilities and maintenance within approved budgets
-
Minimize costs while maintaining operational efficiency
ERP, Systems & Compliance

Handle daily SAP transactions to maintain system accuracy
-
Raise and track store requests through the Ariba portal
-
Maintain accurate Retail Pro (POS) records in coordination with IT
Projects & Business Support

Support store development and IT integration projects
-
Assist in refurbishments, expansions, upgrades, and new store openings

Qualifications & Experience

High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

2–3 years of experience in retail operations or administration

Experience in merchandising or storekeeping is an advantage

Strong knowledge of SAP (PRT), Ariba, POS systems

Advanced Excel skills preferred
