The role is part of the Central Store Operations Team, a key function that supports retail stores across the MENA region. The position focuses on daily operational support, stock and cash management, ERP systems, store reporting, and coordination between stores and the regional office.

This is an individual contributor role requiring accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication skills to ensure smooth retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with MENA retail stores

  • Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, and Logistics teams

  • Ensure smooth daily store operations

Operations & Cost Control

  • Monitor store facilities and maintenance within approved budgets

  • Minimize costs while maintaining operational efficiency

ERP, Systems & Compliance

  • Handle daily SAP transactions to maintain system accuracy

  • Raise and track store requests through the Ariba portal

  • Maintain accurate Retail Pro (POS) records in coordination with IT

Projects & Business Support

  • Support store development and IT integration projects

  • Assist in refurbishments, expansions, upgrades, and new store openings


Required Skills

  • Strong organizing and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Good decision-making and problem-solving ability

  • Basic time-management and coordination skills

  • Clear verbal communication


Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 2–3 years of experience in retail operations or administration

  • Experience in merchandising or storekeeping is an advantage

  • Strong knowledge of SAP (PRT), Ariba, POS systems

  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
