Role Overview: Transportation Driver
As a Bus Driver / VIP Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of guests and crew within the secure airside environment. This is a highly responsible position that requires strict adherence to airport regulations, safety standards, and service protocols. Drivers act as frontline representatives of the organization, ensuring every journey reflects professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
Driving & Operations

Operate guest buses and VIP vehicles within the airside area

Transport guests and crew safely according to assigned schedules

Work efficiently within required timeframes to support flight operations
Safety & Compliance

Ensure guest safety at all times within a secure airport environment

Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines

Take responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others on duty

Report hazards, incidents, or operational concerns to management

Raise GSRs (General Safety Reports) when required under corporate guidelines
Customer Service

Deliver a consistently high level of customer service

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests and crew

Support a positive travel experience through safe and smooth transportation
Education & Experience Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Valid UAE Heavy Duty Driving License (mandatory)

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar driving role

Ability to communicate in English (spoken)
