About the Role

The Assistant Store Supervisor will support all aspects of store operations, including ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, inventory management, staffing, and pick-and-pack functions. This role ensures smooth functioning during assigned shifts and works collaboratively with the Store Supervisor to maintain operational efficiency, stock accuracy, and high service standards.

The position plays a vital part in maximizing store productivity, preventing stock issues, and ensuring customers receive accurate, fast, and high-quality deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient end-to-end order processing.

• Support the Store Supervisor in managing staff scheduling, shift planning, and daily tasks.

• Assist in ordering and replenishment to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) conditions and ensure optimal stock volume.

• Maintain strong inventory control by conducting cycle counts, stock takes, and accuracy checks.

• Ensure proper inbound receiving procedures and verify all deliveries as per company SOPs.

• Monitor outbound processes, ensuring accurate picking and packing of orders.

• Identify areas for process improvement to increase overall productivity and profitability.

• Help reduce shrinkage and ensure strict hygiene, safety, sanitation, and security standards.

• Support communication with demand planners, suppliers, and internal teams when required.

• Discuss operational issues with the Store Supervisor and propose actionable solutions.

Qualifications & Experience Required
