Role Overview

The Visual Merchandiser Associate plays a key role in creating visually engaging retail environments that attract, inspire, and guide customers throughout the store. Key Responsibilities

• Translate visual merchandising plans into creative window displays, floor layouts, and product placements

• Execute seasonal floor plans, store launches, and layout changes across retail locations

• Create engaging displays using props and visual elements to attract and guide customers through the store

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage production and installation timelines

• Ensure all visual merchandising activities align with brand standards and marketing guidelines

• Identify and apply current visual merchandising trends to enhance customer engagement

• Maintain a cost-conscious approach and contribute to cost-saving initiatives when possible

• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and store teams for seamless execution

Requirements

• High School Certificate or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, fine arts, or a related creative field

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute creative concepts accurately

• Good organizational and coordination skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
