Sales Activity & Lead Qualification

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions to engage new leads across Tier 1–3 corporate and trade accounts.

  • Qualify prospects using established frameworks such as BANT or internal tiering methods to evaluate commercial potential and account fit.

  • Execute targeted outreach based on lead type—such as event-generated leads, web enquiries, referrals, or dormant accounts.

Account Management & Conversion

  • Manage a portfolio of low-touch B2B accounts, ensuring consistent follow-up and structured engagement.

  • Drive account activation and promote campaign responsiveness by introducing private fares, corporate offers, and incentive programs.

  • Support new accounts during onboarding, including setting up booking platforms, communication channels, and fare agreements.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and complete records on Salesforce CRM, including call notes, account status updates, opportunities, and pipeline progression.

  • Track KPIs such as lead response time, conversion ratios, and revenue per account.

Collaboration & Escalation

  • Pass high-value opportunities to Field Sales or Global Accounts with complete context for a seamless takeover.

  • Highlight trends, objections, or competitor insights to the Inside Sales Manager to support campaign development.

  • Reactivate dormant accounts by analysing past booking patterns and reintroducing relevant propositions.


Education & Experience Requirements

To be considered for the Inside Sales Officer role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and upselling skills.

  • Ability to manage targets with minimal supervision and remain highly organized.

  • Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
