About the Role
As a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and executing warehouse and logistics operations while coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure the timely, efficient, and safe delivery of materials and tools. Your efforts will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of Emirates’ aircraft maintenance activities — a key element in maintaining the airline’s world-renowned safety and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires hands-on involvement in daily operations across multiple warehouse functions — from receiving and storing materials to issuing and dispatching critical aircraft tools and components. You will:

Perform daily warehouse and logistics operations in assigned areas, including Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Sub Stores, Tool Stores, and Line Maintenance Stores.

Handle receiving, binning, issuing, and dispatching of aircraft materials, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with standard operating procedures.

Coordinate assigned logistics activities as per Shift Duty Officer directives and ensure all customer requirements are met within deadlines.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth material flow across all supply chain touchpoints.

Ensure full compliance with safety and procedural regulations to prevent incidents and maintain operational integrity.

Support performance reporting by preparing daily operational summaries and monitoring KPIs.

Deputise for the Shift Duty Officer when required, ensuring continuity and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

A Vocational or Diploma qualification (12+2 or equivalent).

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in engineering, with at least 1 year in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within the aviation or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) industry.

Strong knowledge of warehouse management, logistics coordination, and inventory systems.

Proficiency in office applications and ERP systems.

A valid UAE driver’s licence or Airside Driving Permit (ADP) will be advantageous.
This is a safety-sensitive position, and candidates must be prepared to work on a shift roster, which may include 12-hour day/night shifts or 8.5-hour general shifts, depending on business requirements.
