Key Responsibilities of the Store Inspector
The Store Inspector works under the supervision of the Logistics Supervisor and ensures compliance with all company and regulatory standards. The main responsibilities include:

Accepting stock and issuing materials, components, and tooling as per defined processes.

Updating inventory systems accurately according to TPM procedures.
-
Performing physical inspections and ensuring all documentation is complete and correct.
-
Checking for damages, shortages, or incorrect materials and reporting issues promptly.
-
Receiving acceptable materials or returns and storing them in proper bin locations.
-
Ensuring all materials and tools are clearly labeled before being issued or accepted.
-
Monitoring the shelf life of materials and calibration of tools, disposing of expired items as required.
-
Completing detailed shift handover logs to ensure smooth operational continuity.
-
Inspecting all parts and materials in compliance with GCAA/EASA/MOE requirements.
-
Handling DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations) and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) materials as per safety standards.

Arranging FSK and PFSC as per company procedures, including part replenishment and coordination with outstations.
Required Education and Experience
To qualify for this exciting role at Etihad Airways, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Education: High School Leaving Certificate or Diploma (minimum qualification).

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an airline or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment.

Technical Knowledge: Strong AMOS background preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Availability: Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and under pressure.

Personality: Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
