Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates applying for the Team Leader position must meet the following qualifications:

Prior aviation experience is mandatory.
Applicants must have worked in airport operations, cabin cleaning, or similar aviation environments. -
Experience in a supervisory role is desirable.
Prior leadership experience managing cleaning teams or operational shifts will be considered an advantage. -
Basic understanding of airline safety and cleaning protocols.
Knowledge of safety standards and cabin appearance requirements is essential to ensure high-quality cleaning of aircraft interiors. -
Excellent communication skills.
English fluency is required, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. -
Physically fit candidates preferred.
Applicants should be physically capable of handling cleaning operations and working flexible shifts.
Preferred Age: 22–40 years.
Job Responsibilities
As a Team Leader – Aircraft Cabin Cleaning, your primary responsibilities will include:
