Job Role: Outlet Cashier
As an Outlet Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate billing operations within the hotel outlets. This position combines financial responsibility, guest interaction, and teamwork—making it an excellent fit for detail-oriented and service-minded professionals.
Key Responsibilities

Handle guest billing with accuracy and professionalism, whether through cash, credit card, or room charge.

Maintain proper records of all cash and credit transactions in compliance with hotel standards.

Ensure that change and house bank balances are maintained accurately at all times.

Prepare end-of-shift remittance envelopes and deposit them securely in the hotel’s drop safe.

Verify all credit card transactions, including card validity, signatures, and correct amounts.

Cross-check guest room charges and gift certificates with proper identification and authorization.

Assist colleagues and managers in delivering outstanding service to guests.

Maintain grooming standards and attend regular training sessions.

Support other departments whenever needed to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
