🌟 About the Role
As a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant, you will be an essential part of the Engineering Warehouse & Logistics (EWL) team. This department ensures that all maintenance and engineering teams within Emirates Airline have timely access to critical spare parts and tools. The team's core responsibilities include receiving, stocking, issuing, and delivering materials and equipment, which are crucial to keeping the airline’s fleet operational.
The role is focused on delivering high-quality logistical support in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations. You will also help in achieving key service level agreements (SLAs) and department performance goals.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Perform and support logistics tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, issuing, transferring, and delivering materials.

Handle and organize tools and materials at maintenance locations and assist with pre-loading tasks.

Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and conduct system transactions via PC and handheld devices.

Maintain accurate records and support activities across multiple warehouse functions including Main Stores, Sub Stores, Tool Stores, and Line Maintenance Stores.

Ensure compliance with the Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM) and Emirates safety policies at all times.

Contribute towards achieving team KPIs and operational goals.
📋 Qualifications & Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

A minimum of 10 years of schooling or equivalent.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in engineering or logistics.

Prior warehouse and logistics experience is highly preferred.

Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written).
-
Must be physically fit to handle manual warehouse tasks.

A valid UAE driver’s license or Airside Driving Permit (ADP) is a plus.

This is a safety-sensitive role, requiring strict adherence to safety procedures and regulations.
