The Warehouse Team Leader role is central to the seamless operation of Retail, Food & Beverage, and Technical Services supply chain functions. Role Overview
As a Warehouse Team Leader at Miral Experiences, you will be responsible for the full cycle of warehouse activities—from receiving goods to their safe storage and final distribution. You will manage the flow of consumables and products for retail outlets, F&B services, and technical support, ensuring that all materials are handled according to internal policies and industry standards.
The role also involves overseeing daily warehouse transactions, controlling costs of sales, and ensuring accurate system documentation through platforms such as Eatec, Oracle, and Maximo.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse operations and ensure efficient inventory handling

Conduct regular spot checks, appraisals, disciplinary actions, and team briefings

Monitor invoice verifications and coordinate with suppliers for returns or credits

Ensure timely reporting of cost information for relevant departments

Conduct and review stock takes, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions

Maintain hygiene and compliance with HSE and ADFCA standards

Coordinate cross-training within the warehouse team and between departments

Manage document flow for shipments, transfers, and department-level charge-outs

Assign tasks to staff to optimize performance and ensure resource efficiency

Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and security of the warehouse area

Enforce company policies and support continuous improvement in daily operations
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements:

Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse operations role

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficient leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Competency in MS Office and basic warehouse software
Desirable Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role

Familiarity with HACCP regulations

Forklifting license or operational experience

Experience with advanced inventory and procurement systems
