Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily workshop operations and ensure safety compliance.
- Supervise technicians and monitor performance KPIs.
- Improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify workflow issues and ensure technicians have proper tools and training.
- Manage workshop inventory and maintain organization.
- Conduct daily team meetings and assign workloads.
- Support customers and handle escalations when required.
- Motivate and coach team members through regular feedback sessions.
- Identify training requirements and arrange development programs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Parts, Delivery, Front of House, and Management teams.
Requirements
- Technical automotive background; Service Technician experience preferred.
- Experience with Electric Vehicles is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze performance indicators and solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills and a calm approach under pressure.
- Familiarity with MS Office and digital systems.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Valid driving license with a safe driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
