Key Responsibilities
General Duties

Provide courteous and efficient assistance to all passengers

Follow Standard Operating Procedures and safety regulations from ICAO and local airport authorities

Passenger Support

Greet and guide both inbound and outbound passengers

Assist elderly, disabled, and special needs passengers

Offer information and resolve general travel-related queries
Floor Walking

Actively walk through designated areas to offer support

Coordinate porterage and other services as required
Immigration Assistance

Direct passengers to the appropriate counters or Smart Gates

Offer support for visa and document-related inquiries
Arrival Baggage Hall

Guide passengers to correct baggage belts
