Position Overview: Logistics Assistant
As a Logistics Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily logistics and supply chain activities of the company. From managing shipment schedules to maintaining accurate inventory records, your organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure that all goods are received, stored, and dispatched on time and in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve delays or discrepancies in coordination with vendors and transport providers.

Assist with inventory control by updating inventory records, conducting stock counts, and maintaining accurate warehouse documentation.

Support warehouse and transportation teams by organizing deliveries, tracking stock movements, and ensuring the timely dispatch of goods.

Prepare and maintain essential logistics documents including shipping instructions, delivery notes, and invoices for internal and external use.

Liaise professionally with external suppliers and logistics companies to ensure smooth operational processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile
To be considered for this role, candidates should ideally have:

A minimum of three years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a retail, distribution, or warehousing environment.
