Role Summary: Cabin Services Assistant (CSA)
The Cabin Services Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the A380 First Class Shower Spa, a signature feature of Emirates’ First Class service. While not directly involved in food or beverage service, CSAs support the cabin crew by ensuring First Class guests enjoy a flawless experience onboard.
You will work under the guidance of the Purser or Senior Flight Supervisor (SFS) to ensure that all assigned cabin areas meet Emirates' high standards.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and refresh the A380 Shower Spa to ensure a pristine environment for each guest

Support hygiene across all lavatories in First, Business, and Economy Class

Assist in maintaining the onboard lounges in premium cabins

Conduct regular checks to uphold Emirates' cabin standards

Represent the airline with a professional attitude and customer-focused approach

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Minimum of 10 years of schooling or equivalent

Customer Service: At least 2 years of experience with a high-end hotel, airline, or hospitality brand

Preferred: Background in housekeeping within the hospitality sector

Language: Fluency in both spoken and written English

Advantageous: Prior exposure to in-flight service or administration
