Your Main Responsibilities
In this position, you will:

Plan and manage staff rosters to ensure efficient coverage

Required Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Minimum High School Certificate (12 years of education)

4 to 6 years of experience in air cargo operations

Proficiency in IATA rules, cargo tariffs, and import/export regulations

Strong data analysis and computer literacy skills

Fluent in English with excellent communication and writing skills

Demonstrated negotiation and safety awareness abilities
