Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and serve as the main contact for clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure a smooth order process from start to finish, including handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and addressing customer concerns. You’ll also provide backup support to the sales team and help maintain strong relationships with customers.
This role is vital in keeping communication flowing between departments and external partners such as logistics companies, transportation agencies, and global ADNOC offices.
Your Key Responsibilities
Operations Duties

Handle customer inquiries such as product information, sample requests, and proforma invoices.

Manage order processing and oversee the entire order-to-cash cycle.

Prepare complete sets of shipping and export documents.

Be the go-to contact in case of complaints or urgent matters.

Manage corrections like goods returns and credit/debit note requests.

Coordinate with teams across supply chain, finance, and credit control.

Suggest and implement improvements to streamline operations.
Customer Engagement

Understand customer needs and solve issues promptly.

Maintain professional relationships with key clients.

Work with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely service.
Team & Communication

Act as a bridge between the customer and ADNOC departments.

Share necessary information with your manager and team.

Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory policies.

Help maintain customer databases and service records.
Who Can Apply?
ADNOC is looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus, to interact with specific customers.

Familiarity with air/sea transport, freight handling, and export documentation is preferred.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
