As Duty Manager, you’ll drive store success through effective planning, sales target achievement, and team supervision while maintaining the highest operational and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by aligning team efforts and managing stock levels efficiently.

Coordinate staff deployment between cash tills and store sections for optimized service.

Conduct regular briefings to update teams on promotions, targets, and operational updates.

Build personalized relationships with customers for continuous service improvement.

Manage rota schedules to ensure round-the-clock staffing and operational efficiency.

Lead team training and development, including onboarding and retail process education.

Essential Requirements

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education qualification.

Sound financial knowledge, including cash handling and banking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other retail-related IT systems.
Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience in retail management.

Previous experience in airport retail is highly desirable and adds strong value.
