Responsibilities

| Billing Preparation | Review sales orders, delivery notes & supporting documents before billing. |
| Invoice Issuance | Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices for all sales transactions. |
| Reporting | Update daily billing reports ensuring all billed items match system data. |
| Reconciliation | Match billed amounts with sales and dispatch records to ensure accuracy. |
| Adjustments | Process credit notes, cancellations, return notes, and corrections as needed. |
| Month-End Support | Assist with monthly closing activities and submit billing reports to Accounts. |
